Staff friendly & helpful, we actually stayed twice just one night each time before & after flights as very near airport - they allowed us to leave luggage 4days until we returned, toiletries in room, also gave us a kettle when requested one, rooms.quite quirky with bath tub in bedroom not bathroom but have large window through to bathroom in our first stay so no privacy whatsoever- asked for different room on return which at least had a blind up at the bathroom window...one member of night staff especially helpful as we had a man on cycle following us and staring at us for a while walking back from shops which made us feel uncomfortable and we didn't want him to know where we were staying - staff member dealt with situation very well and made sure we were fine - would stay again for sure - very handy for airport
